Risk scores are computed using the LERS (Labor Enforcement Risk Score) methodology v1.0.0. Six weighted components: Violation Count (20%), Severity (25%), Recency (15%), Penalties (20%), Repeat Offender (10%), and Industry Benchmark (10%). Scores range 0-100 with letter ratings from AAA (lowest risk) to C (highest risk). Escalation patterns are detected via time-series analysis of violation frequency across agencies.
